a - The management, administration, maintenance, conservation, monitoring, investigation, stocktaking, promotion and marketing of the assets and amenities inherent to the El Soplao Cave tourist complex.
b - The procurement of projects and the execution of works related to new phases intended to improve usage of the El Soplao Cave tourist complex and adapt it for tourist purposes, with outreach to the different mine entrances and the Celis, Rábago and Labarces Neighbourhood Councils.
c - Management, supervision and advice with regard to the execution of all kinds of works and constructions linked to the El Soplao Cave tourist complex.
d - Direct operation of the complex, its lease and concession to third-party companies.
e - Assumption of responsibility for monitoring companies acting as contractors through leases or concessions.
